NAFFA 2.4..
FUCK... -.-
morning prepared a bottle of ribena..
l0ls cuz parent just nice bought..
hope this small amount o glucose can help little bit la..
l0ls i nv bring a basket of bananas and boiled egg very good le..
last time track competition before get down to rport for event..
coach will let me drink a small cup of "concentrated" syrup..
rich in glucose etc etc.. then eat egg and banana.. xD

very fuck.. i know i every year 2.4 timing increases..
meaning i keep getting lousier.. -.-
sec1 10min and few sec..
sec2 near 11min..
sec3.. hai dun want say le..
sec4.. -.- l0ls fuck la.. very stress..
dun wanna get B!
last time since primary until sec 2..
used to get full 30point..
then sec3... hais..
then the "da ji" or "chuang shang" of cuz very big..
think i give too much stress to myself..
my whole body like dun feel like moving at that point of time before 2.4..
zzz like no energy like tat before the race.. -.-
and i know the result wont be good already..
so start running and endure my way through...

after naffa.. went slack awhile then go home..
bathing that time..
i heard my leg tell me..
"see la.. long time no maintainence.. i become rusty liao"
