l0ls "high-class" mah.. everything in glass.
1 oval metal tray. containing another 10piece of glass plate.
seems simple.. l0ls try weighing 1 glass plate.
i dare say together got ard 15-20kg.
2person incharge 3table.
each dinner/lunch normally get 8courses.
(1.5x 8)x2 = 24
why time 2? l0ls dun need carry back?
you got to carry it 24 time and and walk through the fcuking slippery kitchen
and corridor and squeeze thru de smalllll opening of the door with your tray.
finally can place on guest table.
and imagine having to balance them.
"u break 1 tray of plates, you got o work 1month to pay back"
