Lesson learnt today from gym.
Aim reasonably. climb slowly.
Just started learning how to do squats and always ache like a bitch every time after squats.
The last time i tried was 20+12.5+12.5 = 45kg

Today act one pro,
50kg cramped, and continued.
went for near 60kg the next time which is already more than my own weight of 52 -.-".
did a couple of times and on my last 3rd rep,
BOOM cramp. sprained my back a bit. luckily my friend was there to support me ..
Didnt feel that bad right after it.
The moment i step out of gym walking down the stairs,
my thighs gave in and fell _l_
ji tao embarrassed. zzz planned to go out at the night, in the end can't even walk properly and got carried back home.

zzz if no one was with me then,
i seriously don't know where would i be now.
have difficulties walking right now and haven buy dinner! FUCK!!!
hope i can make it to school tmr.. zzz
