Writing

Life is just too busy. Well Atleast for singapore. Not many people at my age or older would actually take the time out or slow down their steps to write. People are either constantly thinking of other things that worry them, or cherishing the golden opportunity to rest before/after their work. Ain't no body got time to write!

When I say write, it doesn't have to be something specific. Can be anything under the sun. Ideas, thoughts, feelings, memories, whatever. I find it quite relaxing when I do that but I too, would rather rest of I have the time.

3 weeks in ubin were a pleasant  experience.  Physically wise maybe not, Cuz everyday we woke up with little energy to spare and still have to complete everyday's missions and activities. But every morning there is this exercise which I find interesting. It's called the 'morning circle' where each group gather in a circle, given 15mins to write anything on this little note book given by them, and then share what we written with others. It is specially enjoyable since there were no distractions like games/phone, no stress about deadlines, and probably the only activity in ubin that won't make us pant. Some of us even get hooked up to writing that they even write after lights out.

Sadly upon leaving the island, most of us left the habit behind. Back to hta, I was pretty much rushing reports and ppt, studying for exams and training for ippt. Free time got snatched by sleeping or playing games(which I am quite ashamed of at this age).

Oh well, I just thought it would be nice if we all have something to read upon ten twenty years down the road, reading our own thoughts through the years.
